At the Gateway Rose Show on Saturday, June 22, Ruth Rutkowski won Queen with a gorgeous bloom of Twice in a Blue Moon. Ruthie, as her fellow rosarians in Milwaukee call her, has been exhibiting roses for over 60 years and at 93, proves that age is no obstacle for a queen!
